Tackling a topic from a different
perspective can be very motivating for pupils.
| The level A/B work displayed by the P1 - P4 children in Personal
and Social Development, Environmental Studies, Maths and Drama, exemplifies
the application of ICT skills across these aspects of the curriculum |
|
PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT:
|
| Reinforcing classroom rules as part of our school discipline procedures
involved the children in Drama activities and Social co-operation,
while using the digital camera to practise their ICT skills. |
|
ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES/MATHS:
|
| Mouse control, formatting, accessing programs and printing off were
the main skills for the work on symmetry, printing their own names,
making placemats and wall displays which can convert to calendars,
done by the children.
