The Pupil Self-Evaluation booklets are intended to be folded into an A5 booklet to be used as each child's own Computer Skills Record Book and are based on an original booklet created by the staff at St. Paul's Primary, Glenrothes.

They take the form shown below. Levels A and B have happy faces and an invitation to colour the symbols on the front cover. From Level C to F the pupil is invited to enter onto the front cover the date a strand was completed.
