Why was this work undertaken?

To improve pupils' microscope skills.
How was it developed?

The Intel Microscope was integrated into lessons which had previously used light microscopes alone.
What was the impact on pupils' learning?

Ensures their pupils were focusing on task as they know what they are looking for.
What was the impact of teaching strategies?

The electronic microscope allows the teacher to ensure their pupils are aware of what they have to look at.

Tony has delivered training on these devices to Biology teachers as part of their NOF training in Fife.
