Blanches Banques - sand dunes in Jersey. In the distance the headland and cliffs dominate the skyline. Around the bay the sea is depositing sand and in the foreground has formed an extensive sand dune belt. Is this a new set of sand dune? Why are there houses on the seaward side of these dunes?
