This mind map concentrates on two features of the coal mining industry of this period; legislation and new technology. This is an ideal way to present the facts and complements the traditional paper-based bullet listed method of recording such information. Stidents find the creation and viewing of such mind maps as an ideal learning and revision tool. This file is still under development.

On purpose this version has been provided without any images or notes assigned to an entry. This is work for the future and can be used by other students to personalise their own version. In fact, version 8 offers a fantastic increase in the number of images available via the Symbol pallette as there is now a search facility offering the chance to view up to 40 images on any seach criterion used.
