Czechoslovakia 1938

Waid Academy students have been using mind mapping techniques for a number of years and other sample files are included in the History menu.
It is our intention to use version 8 to recreate mind maps previously produced on paper and to seek the students' views on this means of presenting information and using mind maps as a revision tool.
Credits: All the information for this subject has been provided in a PowerPoint file by Sandra Gilmartin of Waid Academy, Fife. The mind maps and other files have been created by Jim Birney as an introduction to students to the new features present in version 8.

Coastal Processes

Mind maps and all other files by Jim Birney with links to a comprehensive image bank of coastal features.

This mind map version is a development of the original version 7.5 diagram already part of this website - click on Coasts to view. Select the first menu option to open the Inspiration file or the second menu option to see the files as a series of web pages.

The new mind map feature offers users additional choice in selecting the most appropriate layout for the topic under study. In this case it is worth comparing both Coasts types.
