The symbol library is pre-set in an Activity Wizard to display the Shape library.

Once the symbols are dragged to the box they can then be dragged to the correct side and their caption can be switched on and the text colour altered to suit the background.

Additional notes can be added in the central text box.

 

This example displays the child's grasp of the different categories and an understanding of the different properties of each shape.

Switching to the Writing View confirms this interpretation.
