SURE:Q is a revision aid that reinforces learning by providing question sets with instant constructive feedback and tracking progress in a log which breaks down responses by error category and learning outcome. An ICT tool for formative assessment.
Flash Learning	Flash Learning Limited is a Scottish software company which produces good quality support material to support teachers and students in Scottish schools. The Virtual Physics Series provides full interactive textbook coverage of all SQA national qualifications. The material has been produced by experienced physics teachers with an involvement in national curriculum development. Other material includes a Formative Assessment pack utilising databases and networking - an interesting and innovative package. Virtual Science is a development to support for primary science. Flash Learning is currently developing material to support other subject areas, including maths and chemistry.

Absorb Physics	From the Crocodile Clips company. Product review - Absorb Physics - Radioactivity section The product presentation is well structured, with clear navigational tools, which do not require a lot of familiarisation to use. I can see pupils able to explore the disc with ease. The products major strength lies with the very clear and useful flash animations - these are very good and will prove to be of great use to teachers explaining atomic structure and radioactivity - they are excellent, and will be very well received by staff. Each chapter tends to conclude with a section entitled 'exercises'. I do not think this will prove to be used very much, as these assessments don't cover the whole topics anyway, and we tend to over assess pupils as it is. Had these questions been otherwise structured so that they could be used to test pupils prior knowledge and then direct them to sections of the content, then this more formative approach make have proved of more use and would be more popular with teachers. In summary, a useful product, both for Standard and Higher Grade, with parts useful for Intermediate levels as well. Highly recommended.
