We start off with a look at What is Energy? and this is followed by Energy News then by seven larger sections which may be considered as follows:

- Renewable energy and questions on the Sustainability of the different renewable energy sources
- Local Initiatives across Fife, Scotland and Britain
- Puzzles - interactive created by Fife teachers
- Curricular Links matched to the new Scottish Curriculum for Excellence outcomes.
Each page offers information, web links and activities to suit primary and secondary pupils. Some links are intended for teachers and are marked as 'suitable for teachers'.
