Following on from the Thanks for Life – the Bill Gates / Rotary Club campaign against polio week (20-28 February 2010) a questionnaire has been devised for school to complete.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather the variety of activities that schools took part in and a rough estimate of the money raised through Fife primary schools. I would appreciate it if you could spend a short period to complete the question below.
