Its content will be relevant to senior managers and policy makers in secondary schools and local authorities, and other interested stakeholders. It is envisaged that the information provided will be helpful in informing more flexible approaches to curriculum design and in extending discussion of the topic. The content includes a range of case studies providing exemplification of emerging practice in secondary schools and local authorities across Scotland. Downloadable copies of three new publications which have been developed through a collaborative project involving Learning and Teaching Scotland and Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education are also available. Together with this online resource the publications make up a joint suite of resources designed to provide consistent advice and support to local authorities and schools. |
