The Administrative and Clerical Team aims to provide an efficient and effective administrative
support to teaching staff, pupils, parents and other stakeholders. Duties include:
- Administration
- Finance
- Myfife
- Operation of the Phoenix (MIS) system
- Printing
- Recruitment
- Secretarial
- Word Processing
The team members are highly skilled, and are always keen to improve on existing systems, thus
enhancing the service provided.
The office accommodation comprises:
- Administrative Co-ordinator’s Office
- Reception
- Phoenix Office
- Print Room
All offices/rooms are on the Ground Floor.
The office staff comprises:
- Administrative Co-ordinator
- Administrative Assistant
- 3 Word Processor/Phoenix Operators (2 full time & 1 part time)
- Clerical Assistants (1 full time & 5 part time)
