The Administrative and Clerical Team aims to provide an efficient and effective administrative

support to teaching staff, pupils, parents and other stakeholders.  Duties include:

  • Administration

  • Finance

  • Myfife

  • Operation of the Phoenix (MIS) system

  • Printing

  • Recruitment

  • Secretarial

  • Word Processing

The team members are highly skilled, and are always keen to improve on existing systems, thus

enhancing the service provided.

 

The office accommodation comprises:

  • Administrative Co-ordinator’s Office

  • Reception

  • Phoenix Office

  • Print Room

All offices/rooms are on the Ground Floor.


The office staff comprises:
  • Administrative Co-ordinator

  • Administrative Assistant

  • 3 Word Processor/Phoenix Operators (2 full time & 1 part time)
  • Clerical Assistants (1 full time & 5 part time)
