The aim of the guidance structure is to ensure that each pupil was well known by his / her guidance
teacher and feels safe and secure in Woodmill High School. This relationship starts during the
transition process from P7 to S1 and is further developed in Woodmill by means of individual
interviews; teaching of PSE and support and course choice check times in S2, S4 and S5.
There are 5 full time guidance teachers all with offices for individual interviews.
